OVERVIEW

This 2018 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 is a slightly modified (Procharged) GCC spec example first sold in September 2019. Initially sold by Premium Motors Al Tayer Ford, the official Ford dealer in the UAE. The seller is the second owner and acquired the car in April 2022. At just 55,000 km on the dash, this is a fairly low mileage example with original factory paint and no accidents. This Shelby also comes with a dealer warranty till Sep 2024 up to 100,000 km.

The GT350 is arguably one of Shelby’s modern muscle masterpieces. When Shelby American combines the 5.2L Voodoo V8 with a host of track-focused enhancements, the result is a muscle car that can tear up the track. This GT350 has significantly enhanced performance and track capabilities. Enhancements come in the form of unapologetically aggressive aero all around, vented front fenders as well as cooling for both the transmission and differential. Braking is bolstered by large Brembos with six-piston callipers. Inside Recaro sport seats and launch control also come standard. Did we mention its flat-plane crank Voodoo, which transforms the V8 rumble into a high-revving sonorous soundtrack for any European exotic?

“Let’s state the obvious: Any modern GT350 is a special car worthy of the storied Shelby badge. Instead of relying on a beefed-up version of the Mustang GT’s Coyote V-8, the GT350 received a bespoke 5.2-litre mill with a Ferrari-Esque flat-plane crank. Dubbed “Voodoo”, the engine received the highest horsepower rating—526—in the company’s illustrious history of building naturally-aspirated V-8s. Along with all of those ponies came a stratospheric 8250 redline.

A Torsen limited-slip differential was standard, along with Michelin rubber, sized 295 in front and 305 out back. The chassis and aero-kit also received comprehensive upgrades, including a stiffer suspension, a functional diffuser, and heavy-duty brakes. An optional Track Pack tacked on engine, transmission, and differential coolers, an aluminium strut-tower brace, and a more aggressive spoiler and magnetorheological dampers (the latter being a first on a Ford product). MagneRide….It is an instant classic that already has its name firmly cemented in the pantheon of all-time great American cars. The following modifications were performed by the current owner. Both modifications can be reversed if needed, and the original components are available.

  • Procharger boosting output to a reported 750 WHP (as per the owner)
  • Catalytic converter delete (originals available and will be provided with sale)

This car is currently under manufacturer warranty by Al Tayyar Ford in Dubai. Please note the warranty does not cover the Procharger or any damage caused by this modification. The warranty is valid until 27 September 2024 up to 100,000 km.

As mentioned earlier, this car is free of any accidents.The vehicle registration and documentation to prove its service history and recent RTA inspection pass in the UAE are available. This vehicle comes with two sets of keys and full documentation.
